Flower Clock Annals: Week 47: Withering Heights

No topicWeek 47Like a fading Victorian garden, the Flower Clock has fallen on some hard times. From both the normal view, and the close-up of the flower cluster in the bottom right (see Sup.A), you can see that many of the flowers are well past their prime. The alternating sweltering heat - cool rain weather we have had of late, plus the requisite storms in between, have eliminated most of the little white flowers leaving an unsatisfying and patchy look. Although the main face still appears good, it is unlikely this incarnation of the clock will be around much longer unless the tenders have wandered off on a prolonged summer vacation.

Week 47

Last week's theme: Dance of the Hours - Amilcare Ponchielli

The flower clock...dead?

Awesome; another '90s Super Hit as the theme. I confess I had to look up the title, though I remembered the band.
